Catedral de Sevilla
There is one building that stands out from all the others in Seville and that’s the Cathedral. It is one of the largest in Europe and was built on the site of an old Moorish mosque. It took well over 100 years to complete and the costs to enter are €2.00 for seniors and students under 26 (proof of age is needed) and €8.00 for all others. The price of this ticket allows you free entry into the Giralda also.

Cathedral
Opening times: Mon – Sat 11am – 5pm September -June

Why should I visit?
Because it is the largest example of a Gothic cathedral anywhere in the world and it is as breathtaking inside as it is outside. Oh, and Christopher Columbus is buried here.
