La Giralda
La Giralda was built in the 12th century and is part of the original mosque building that adjoins the cathedral. It is only one of three remaining Almohad minarets (or towers) left in the world and became the bell tower of the cathedral when it was built. It is free to visit when you purchase a ticket to the cathedral.
Opening times are the same as the cathedral above.
Why should I visit?
At just over 104 metres in height a climb up to the top gives you amazing views over the city and has to be worth it just for this.
